Do you work outside Jakarta?
Yes. We are based in Jakarta and work throughout Indonesia, with experience on assignments across Southeast Asia and North America. Much of our work is done on site with the client team.
I have an urgent issue. What should I do?
Email info@klirkom.com with “Urgent” in the subject line and a short description of the situation. If you already have a relationship with someone at Klirkom, contact them directly as well.
Can you work with our in-house communications team?
Yes. Much of our work is alongside internal teams — adding senior counsel, specialist skills and capacity. The PR-PMU model is designed for exactly that.
How do you charge?
It depends on the work. Defined projects are scoped and quoted. Continuing partnerships are structured as a retainer with agreed priorities, team and responsibilities. We will always be clear about what is included.
Do you work with government and non-profits?
Yes. Our clients span corporate organisations, government and public institutions, international development and civil society.
