COMMUNICATIONS TRAINING

Training that helps
people connect and
create the spark.

Klirkom trains leaders, spokespeople and teams across Indonesia: media interviews, crisis response, public speaking, message discipline and stakeholder engagement. Built around the situations your people actually face, so the learning connects — and creates the spark.

Every programme is shaped around your context, your scenarios and your people. No generic slides, no performance for its own sake.

THE KLIRKOM APPROACH TO TRAINING

We don’t teach people to perform. We help them communicate like themselves.

The best communicators are not the most polished. They are the clearest: people who know what they need to say, understand who is listening and can stay composed when the questions get harder than expected.

That is a skill, and skills are built through practice. Our programmes are practical, specific and grounded in the situations participants will actually face — a difficult interview, a public hearing, a town hall, a crisis simulation, a conversation with a community.

We work with small groups, use cameras and real scenarios, and give feedback that can be used in the next attempt. Then we help the organisation reinforce it after the room empties.

FORMATS

Different rooms, different formats.

The format follows the objective. A first-time spokesperson needs something different from a leadership team preparing for a difficult announcement.

WorkshopStructured learning with practice, feedback and peer review.
SimulationA live scenario with a clock, pressure and a structured debrief.
CoachingOne-to-one preparation for a specific interview, speech or moment.
MasterclassA focused session for senior leaders and leadership teams.
OnlineLive, facilitated sessions for distributed teams.

HOW WE DESIGN IT

From diagnosis to reinforcement.

The workshop is one part of the programme. What happens before and after it determines whether the learning lasts.

Diagnose

We talk to the people who will attend, review real examples and agree what change would look like.

Design

Scenarios, exercises and materials are built around the situations your people actually face.

Deliver

Practice under realistic pressure, with specific feedback and time to try again.

Reinforce

Follow-up, refresher sessions and manager involvement so the learning survives the room.

WHO IT IS FOR

Anyone whose work depends on being understood.

We train chief executives and country directors, government spokespeople, technical experts, communications teams, project managers and frontline staff. The common thread is a conversation that matters and a person who wants to handle it well.

QUESTIONS

Before you book.

If your question is not here, ask us directly. We will give you a straight answer about fit, format and cost.

Ask about training
Is every programme tailored?

Yes. We start by understanding the organisation, the participants and the situations they face. Scenarios, exercises and materials are built for that context. We do not run a generic slide deck.

How many people can take part?

On-camera and simulation work benefits from small groups so that everyone gets practice and feedback. Larger groups work well for briefings, masterclasses and train-the-trainer sessions. We will recommend a format after the first conversation.

Where does training take place?

At your office, a venue you choose, or online. We bring the cameras, recording and materials for on-camera work.

Do you deliver in Indonesian?

Yes. Programmes can be delivered in Indonesian or English, and materials can be produced in either language.

How do you know it worked?

We agree the measures before we start: what participants should be able to do differently, and how their managers will see it. A follow-up conversation with a sample of participants and managers, several weeks later, tells us more than an end-of-day form.

Can you prepare a spokesperson for a specific event?

Yes. We offer focused coaching before a launch, hearing, interview or conference, including message development, Q&A rehearsal and on-camera practice.

LET’S TALK

Who needs to be in the room?

Tell us who needs to communicate better, what situations they face and what has been tried before. We will suggest a programme, a format and a sensible first step.
